Joe Fusco

Joe Fusco is a senior vice president at Metro Ontario. Prior to this he was senior vice president of merchandising and has been with the banner for more than 13 years. He has also held management positions with Loblaw and Oshawa Foods. A grocery veteran, Fusco has amassed merchandising and retail operations experience and has been an advocate of Metro’s customer-focused initiatives in the health and wellness area and the grocer’s local purchasing program. In 2017, he was part of a program to expand Metro’s local purchasing program, which provided customers in different parts of the province with products developed close to their area. He supports industry initiatives and currently is a Grocery Foundation Board director.
