Art Pelliccione Sr.

Arturo (Arthur) Pelliccione has been called an icon of the food importing and manufacturing industry. The CEO of companies including Columbo Importing, Jan K. Overweel, Cortina Foods, Zadi Foods, and Milano Bakeries, he has received numerous awards, among them, the National North American Pasta Association’s “Distinguished Pasta Industry Service Award” in 1989 and the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario “Italy Canada Award” in 2013. Pelliccione is a founding member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario serving as president from 1961 through to the present and he served as a member of the International Trade Minister's Advisory Council for the original North American Free Trade Agreement.
