Ron Lemaire

Ron Lemaire brings “a keen focus on vertically integrated supply chains and systems philosophy” to the produce industry. In 1998, Lemaire launched Canada’s 5 to 10 a-day program in collaboration with the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Cancer Society. He was instrumental in the development of the International Fruit and Vegetable Alliance and its incorporation and acted as its first Chairman from 2004 to 2008. In 2011, Lemaire became the fourth association president in the Canadian Produce Marketing Association’s (CPMA) 94-year history.
